How to operate
1.Using your foot at by main unit: Press the power ON/OFF button to switch on the main unit and the unit automatically starts at level 1 intensity
2.Suggest one time per day
3.It is recommended to connect the main unit with the electrode wire(optional) for easy operation
4.In order to adjust intensity levels, you can press the(+) button to increase or press(-) button to decrease intensity. It automatically stops when the massaging is completed, Intensity levels range from 1 to 18
5.Press M button to switch EMS Massaging Mode LED light turns to be green from white (Tips: After changing the mode. you need to press the “+”button to start and the intensity levels starts from 0)
